We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreperson (Foreman) to join our team in our Maintenance business working in Wiltshire and surrounding areas. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

- Supervise a directly employed trades team, site and labour allocation within residential properties
- Daily management of team productivity, regular reporting to Contracts Manager
- Health and Safety reporting – complete on-site welfare checks, monitor safe ways of working, PPE, van, tool/equipment inspections
- Deliver regular toolbox talks
- Pre work inspections, set‑ups and post inspections of works completed
- Experienced Foreman/Foreperson or Multi Operatives with supervisory experience and proven track record in managing projects
- Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in carpentry or a core trade
- SSSTS qualification advantageous but not essential
- Lead by example and incentivise a directly employed and subcontract trade workforce
- Handle day to day operational queries and decisions
- Confidence in using IT systems or willingness to learn with training and support
- Full current UK Driving Licence essential
