Top Rail Fence is a trusted name in residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organized, detail-driven Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes.

As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our day-to-day operations together — coordinating crew schedules, managing materials and inventory, and keeping projects moving from start to finish. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and keeping a busy team on track.

• Schedule and coordinate installation crews and job logistics
• Track and manage inventory and materials across projects
• Perform small fence repairs and touch-ups as needed
• Work cross-functionally with sales, crews, and leadership to keep projects on schedule

• Some experience in operations, scheduling, logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator who works well with crews and internal teams
