SCOPE:
The student service office is seeking Extended School Year (ESY) Coordinator to assist the Office of Student Services and special education facilitators with organizing, staffing and correspondence for ESY programs and tutoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The special education department is seeking Extended School Year (ESY) Director with organizing, staffing and correspondence for ESY programs and tutoring

* Recruit, interview, and train support staff for program as well as facilitating staff orientation and providing materials necessary for proper implementation

* Participate in program planning and scheduling of the Extended School Year program

* Coordinate ESY schedules and transportation services

* Directly oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ESY special education extended school year (ESY) program

* This position will serve to support the organization with comprehensive case management of all students participating in the special education program to ensure their academic and developmental progress

* Oversee day-to-day operations, supervises ESY staff, and tracks staff and student attendance

* Communicate with families regarding all aspects of ESY

* Perform other duties as assigned

Planning 5 days (prior to extended school year programming
ESY 20 days, 4 hours/day, 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday).

ESY Dates are July 6 - August 6, 2026.
