Provide engineered solutions and technical and project management support in the application, design, and selection of commercial/industrial HVAC equipment. Opportunity for growth into National Accounts, Regional Management, or Product Development over the next three to five years.

• Provide engineered solutions, applications and product support to key customers, Regional Sales Managers and industrial representatives.
• Gain a comprehension of customer design requirements through the review of specifications, drawings, and customer interface, and develop designed solutions and equipment selections.
• Travel as needed to support customers, RSMs, and industrial representatives.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals by studying blueprints, specifications, plans and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Develop equipment/project scope definition and “turnover” documentation to engineering and production for manufacturing of the equipment.
• Follow through and review equipment design and fabrication to ensure project scope and customer requirements are met.
• Ensure equipment cost and profitability targets are achieved.
• Determine improvements by analyzing cost–benefit ratios of equipment, suppliers, or service applications in customer environments, and engineer or propose changes in equipment, processes, or materials.
• Support equipment selection software distribution, updates and technical support.
• Provide timely response to all support requests.
• Cooperate and communicate with all elements of the company.
• Develop customers’ knowledge by providing technical information and training.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

• BSME, or similar Engineering Degree
• Strong communications/interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and driven
• Ability to work and excel in a team environment

• HVAC experience
• BSME preferred
• BS Chemical Engineering

Must be able to perform sedentary work to light physical labor, including moving objects up to 20 pounds, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods, and using measurement devices. Close visual acuity is required to prepare and analyze data, transcribe, view a computer terminal, read, inspect small defects, and assemble parts.
