Applies to marketing and client relations as part of Practice leadership; duties include developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and guiding the surveying practice within the Southeast region.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and adhere to industry best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on surveying best practices and technologies.
• Stay up to date with UAS regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.
• Participate in industry conferences or events as a guest speaker or panelist to share insights and expertise.
• Assist in sales activities and maintenance of client relationships.
• Prepare technical and fee proposals.
• Participate in the preparation of surveys and contract documents, as required.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for project or task deliverables.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 7 years of related professional experience, or 11 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Progressive professional and increasing project management and organizational management experience.
• Proven experience in project management roles within the technical practice.
