Key Responsibilities- Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Support multi‑entity controllers and Shared Services (tax, treasury, accounting)
- Monitor financial performance and drive profitability, cash flow, and efficiency initiatives
- Participate in M&A and strategic projects
- Build and develop a high‑performing finance team
- Multi‑entity finance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consumer‑facing businesses
- GAAP/IFRS knowledge and ERP experience
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking
