Position

Salary Range: $67,000.00 to $84,000.00 annually

Role

To oversee the daily operations, sales and service culture of the branch and ensure all members receive the highest level of service.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining focus on state and federal regulations and Align Credit Union policies.
  • Exercise administrative control over day‑to‑day functions, delegate work, and exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and salary recommendations.
  • Ensure implementation of Credit Union policies and explain Credit Union programs, procedures, and objectives.
  • Encourage and maintain a positive work environment by communicating professionally with members, teammates, management and vendors.
  • Effectively interview, hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team on an ongoing basis; set performance goals, provide feedback and recognition, and identify areas where additional training is needed.
  • Monitor branch activity and performance (e.g., transactions, errors, loan volume, sales, new accounts) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow the branch's book of business; lead the sales process in the community, build new relationships, deepen existing relationships, and represent the Credit Union through volunteer efforts.
  • Make appropriate decisions, exercise sound judgment, provide exceptional member service, and resolve issues and complaints independently.
  • Ensure adequate coverage for all positions during time‑off periods and be willing to fill teller and member‑service representative duties.
  • Maintain compliance with governmental and regulatory agencies, credit‑union laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to protect the Credit Union and its members.
Hours & Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (40+ hours per week)

Compensation

Expected base salary: $67,000.00–$84,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
