Mechanical Assembler

** Salary:** $22.06/hr.

- $27.90/hr the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components, parts, or products according to established specifications, procedures, and quality standards. This role supports production operations by ensuring accurate assembly, maintaining a clean work environment, and following all safety guidelines.##

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
* Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
* Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.
* Perform basic troubleshooting on assembly issues and escalate when necessary.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety instructions, and quality requirements.
* Maintain production pace to meet daily or weekly output targets.
* Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S or housekeeping standards.
* Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or next production stage.
* Report defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
* Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.## ##
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production environment is an asset.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
* Ability to read and understand work instructions or technical documents.
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.## ##
