Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $17.50/hour

A Day in the Kitchen/

What You Will Do:

You'll be hands-on in every stage of production — measuring and prepping ingredients to recipe, running kitchen equipment to bring products to life, and demolding cured product once it’s ready. From there, you’ll package and label everything to meet both regulatory and brand standards, restock supplies as needed, and keep your workstation clean and food-safe throughout your shift. Along the way, you’ll inspect your own work, catch anything that doesn't meet the bar, and keep accurate batch records and daily production counts.

You'll Need to Get Started
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a kitchen, food production, or manufacturing setting
  • Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate, we will help you obtain this!
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain state cannabis worker credentials in Massachusetts.
