We are recruiting a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for children and adolescents at Beverly Hospital, a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This PRN position involves delivering compassionate, age‑appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.

• Provide empathetic, patient‑centered care while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Lead and document therapeutic groups and interventions.
• Safely administer medications and manage crises using de‑escalation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not required.
