RN​/LPN

River Woods Exeter is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for 3p-11p shifts, part-time, in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care to older adults across varying care levels, including assisted living and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatment implementation, monitoring resident conditions, accurate documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. You will support residents and families with education and emotional support, help maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, and community for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on 3p-11p shift
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and vital signs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care staff on care plans
• Communicate with residents and families, providing education and support
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation
• Promote resident safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Support ADLs and comfort measures for residents as needed
• Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate clinical protocols
• Contribute to a compassionate, respectful, team-oriented environment
