We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for child and adolescents. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.

Specific responsibilities include:
* Providing empathetic, patient-centered care while
** maintaining confidentiality**.
* Collaborating with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate
** patient care**.
* Leading and documenting
** therapeutic groups and interventions**.
* Safely
** administering medications
** and managing crises using
** de-escalation techniques**.
* Ensuring
** compliance
* * with regulatory and safety standards.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience as a registered nurse.

What we need from you.
* Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
* Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
