NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency, is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our dedicated team as Awake Overnight Youth Counselors in Amesbury, MA.

Our youth program provides temporary out-of-home placement with a structured and supportive environment, offering 24/7 staffing and comprehensive clinical services. These include life skills training, individual/group/family therapy, and access to community-based social and recreational activities.

As a member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of the youth we serve. You'll offer guidance, mentoring, and positive role modeling, empowering them to make healthier choices and develop the skills they need for a successful future. • Ensure the safety and well-being of the youth throughout the night
• Remain awake and alert during your shift
• Conduct routine bed checks to ensure youth are safe and secure
• Maintain a supportive, positive environment
• Assist in crisis intervention if needed

• Experience working with youth or similar populations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED required
