The Membership Assistant works under the general supervision of the administrative team, driving efficient database management. Key tasks include data entry, communication with members for contact updates, and the generation of necessary reports. Success in this position relies on your self-motivation and proficiency with computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data entry and updates in the Membership Database
• Contact members to verify their information
• Create reports as needed for management
• Uphold confidentiality and data integrity standards
• Collaborate closely with the Membership Officer
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma required
• Willingness to learn and manage the Membership Database System
• Must be willing to obtain Indian Registration Administrator certification
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
