Site Operations Supervisor at Johnson Controls

Lead operations and maintenance activities as the Site Operations Supervisor for Johnson Controls. Oversee mechanical operations and staff training to ensure contract fulfillment.

As the Site Operations Supervisor, you will manage operations and maintenance contracts while supervising staff.

Your role includes programming alarm responses, monitoring mechanical operations, and maintaining compliance. You'll communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and leverage opportunities for additional contract work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and schedule operations staff

• Program and monitor alarm responses and operations

• Maintain HVAC and other mechanical systems

• Communicate with clients for satisfaction and improvements

• Ensure compliance with city and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Five years of experience in operations and maintenance

• Proficient with Building Automation Systems

• Basic HVAC knowledge

• Proven leadership skills
