Senior Project Manager for MTO Projects

Lead MTO construction projects as a Senior Project Manager at LEA across Ontario. Oversee project delivery, contract administration, and risk management to ensure success.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide complex MTO construction initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while mentoring staff. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and building strong client relationships, enhancing LEA’s reputation in transportation infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of MTO construction projects across Ontario

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams

• Secure and prepare proposals for new projects

• Act as primary client contact, fostering long-term partnerships

• Drive innovation and adherence to project quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering or related field

• P.Eng designation with Professional Engineers of Ontario

• 15+ years in construction project management

• 5+ years managing MTO projects

• Strong client management and negotiation skills
