Finance & Operations Coordinator (Property Management)

Full-Time | On-Site | Direct Hire

$58,000 - $62,000

We're working with a growing, team-oriented property management company seeking a dependable, detail-driven professional who enjoys both finance and operations. As the Finance & Operations Coordinator you'll be a key player behind the scenes helping the business, properties, and clients succeed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collections, invoices, and deposits
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, budgets, and cash flow tracking
  • Work closely with the CPA on tax preparation and year-end reporting
  • Process payroll, W-2s, 1099s, and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate vendor payments, insurance certificates, and maintenance scheduling
  • Track leases, move-ins, move-outs, security deposits, and property activity
  • Support tenant and vendor communications when needed
  • Help improve office processes, organize records, and assist with company projects
Qualifications
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
  • Quick Books experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Property management experience is a plus—but they are happy to train the right person!
