Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Secure sales through diligent follow-up on leads.

• Generate new leads for potential projects.

• Design, estimate, and provide detailed outlines of paving projects.

• Communicate job plans effectively to both foremen and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape design, residential estimation, or residential construction is essential.

• Asphalt Estimation

• A proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and budgets.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
