At Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction, we're passionate about transforming landscapes and bringing construction projects to life. We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team.

If you're proficient with a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, high-speed dozers, skid steers, machine grading, and excavators with rototilt, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate a range of heavy equipment including dozers, high-speed dozers, skid steers, machine grading equipment, and excavators with rototilt attachment.
  • Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as grading, excavation, earthmoving, and site preparation according to project specifications.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or landscaping environment.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment.
  • Strong understanding of construction and landscaping techniques, methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
