Taylor Davis Co. Amherst, MA
Pay: $90,000 – $120,000/year + full benefits
What You GetWhen you join us, you’re not just filling a seat — you’re taking ownership of the work that wins projects and keeps them running. Here’s what that looks like:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 90 days)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off
- Off-season paid trainings and licensure programs
- Real career development, not just talk
- A team that takes safety and mutual respect seriously
You know how to read a set of plans, build a number, and own it. As our Project Manager (Estimating), you’ll run the full estimating process, from finding the work to bidding it to handing it off to the field. You’ll also carry projects through execution, managing schedules, budgets, subs, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.
You’ll be the one making calls, building relationships with GCs, and putting our name on bids. If you want real responsibility at a growing civil construction company, this is it.
