Familiarize yourself with each event, ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, and seating configurations;
Perform transactions for all events on the ticketing system accurately and efficiently;
Collect proper currency or credit card amounts and provide correct tickets and change;
Provide world-class customer service and handle patron requests over the phone and in person
