Our private dental office is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. As our Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, support both administrative and clinical teams, and help ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in staff leadership, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and overall practice growth.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, train, and support front office team members
  • Manage staff performance, accountability, and ongoing development
  • Ensure exceptional patient service and a welcoming office experience
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and operational goals
  • Oversee dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Analyze reports and financial data to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to support practice growth and profitability
  • Manage office budgets and help drive revenue while reducing outstanding balances
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable dental industry regulations
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office management or dental practice leadership role
  • Proven success in managing daily operations within a dental practice
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims submission, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Experience with dental practice management software and electronic health record systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, productivity goals, and performance metrics
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA requirements, OSHA regulations, and dental compliance standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems
