Qualifications:

• Certification or eligibility as a School Counselor, Adjustment Counselor, or School Social Worker (per state requirements)
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
