Job Description

Qualified applicants should possess and/or have experience with the following:

  • Strong ability to work as a member of a professional learning community and multi-disciplinary team, including community-based partners (colleges, job sites, etc.)
  • Flexibility in assignment, which may include supporting specialized programs and/or supporting students with IEPs in general education classrooms, special education classrooms, and in the community (which includes but is not limited to: at vocational sites and on college campuses—to support students with working on independent living skills, vocational skills, recreation/leisure skills, and social skills). Highly effective oral and written communication skills

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
