Social Studies Teacher

The Amherst Pelham Regional School District is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Social Studies teacher for Amherst-Pelham Regional Middle School. The district is seeking applicants who currently hold a valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license for level 5-8 as a Social Studies Teacher. Emphasis on interdisciplinary teaching methods for middle school engagement is a priority.

Collaborative collegiality practices are valued. Enthusiasm for supporting achievement of early adolescents is a must. Experience teaching within the current Massachusetts History and Social Sciences Curriculum Frameworks is preferred.
