UMass Amherst in Amherst, MA is seeking a Technical Specialist I (Dig Safe) to receive and process excavation requests campus-wide, serve as the primary Dig Safe liaison, and maintain Dig Safe files. Work involves locating, marking utilities, and using GPS and AutoCAD drawings.
Under supervision, you will coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with Massachusetts law, and support operation of campus utility systems. Monday–Friday, 7 am–3 pm, onsite.
