Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, self-care, and daily living tasks
• Lead and support recreational, habilitative, and behavioral activities
• Administer medications, ensuring health and safety
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable regulations
