University of Massachusetts Amherst Information Technology seeks a Technical Assistant III (Educ) to deliver Tier 1 support for the Libraries. Based in Amherst onsite, you will troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripherals, assist with imaging, and respond to service requests via phone, chat, email, and in person.
Working with the Triage Team, you will ensure SLA-compliant resolutions, maintain documentation, and participate in equipment planning.
