Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Accountant for its North America Corporate Accounting team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and being part of a stable company that’s continuing to evolve and scale.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the monthly close and financial reporting process, owning journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and audit support for assigned company codes. You’ll work closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and accounting leadership, contributing not just to execution but to process improvement and consistency as the organization continues to grow.

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (industry and/or public accounting)
• Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA a plus, active or inactive)
• ERP experience required (SAP experience strongly preferred; S/4
  
  HANA a plus)
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Someone who brings energy, accountability, and a collaborative mindset — not just someone who “checks the box”
