Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for inventory management and personnel development.
Compensation & BenefitsThe Sales Manager at Premier Toyota of Amherst may earn $85,000 to $200,000 per year with a base, commission, and bonus. Voluneteerism, education, retirement, phone stipend, company vehicle and traditional benefits blanket this position.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop salespeople.
- Lead, coach, and manage exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory and productivity to best in class standards.
- Have fun.
- Experience in retail automobile sales and F&I sales management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
