- Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Complete requests received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers.;
Accurately create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, returns, and other transactions in SAP in a timely manner.;
Answer inquiries regarding order status, order expedites, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing.;
Troubleshoot and help resolve customer complaints.;
Follow correct process to communicate with other teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry.
