Hospice of the Western Reserve (Reserve Care) is seeking an On-Call Nurse to support patients and families in Lorain County, Ohio. The role involves after-hours nursing in patients' homes with two 12-hour shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM.
You will assess needs, provide intermittent skilled nursing under physician direction, monitor pain and symptoms, and coordinate with the care team. Ohio RN/LPN licensure required; BSN preferred; strong communication and computer skills are
