Career duties:
- Introduce customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
- Facilitate interview at a comfortable pace for the customer to discover preferences, needs, and buying motives.
- Present vehicles that meet their needs and explore interests.
- Provide trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, address concerns, and request orders.
- Conduct Spitzer delivery process and follow up in prescribed manner to develop customer loyalty.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people.
- Professional, ethical, and respectful.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow through.
- Proficient computer skills including email.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
