Customer Service & Sales Associate

Locations: Rocky River Avon Lake Amherst Cleveland Middleburg Heights

Pay: $12–$15/hr with hourly, bonuses & tips.

Neon Beach Tan is a luxury tanning and wellness brand offering state-of-the-art sunbeds, spray tanning, red light therapy, infrared saunas, and spa services. We focus on helping clients look, feel, and perform at their best—at a price that beats the competition.

This is NOT your typical retail job. You’ll be the face of the brand—driving both customer experience and sales performance

• Greet every client with high energy and professionalism
• Educate customers on tanning, wellness, and skincare benefits
• Recommend memberships, upgrades, and products (lotions, packages, spa services)
• Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury environment
• Handle front desk operations (check-ins, booking, payments)

• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers
• Sales mindset (you enjoy earning commission and hitting goals)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, fitness, spa, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
