Preventive and corrective maintenance across plant equipment

Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

Routine safety and functionality inspections

Precise documentation of work performed and parts used Rapid response to maintenance requests and emergencies

Team collaboration to improve reliability and efficiency

Strict adherence to safety procedures

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Basic qualifications

Six (6) months of mechanical work experience documented in your application, or completion of a maintenance/HVAC training program (experience may be combined across employers)
Rehire eligibility: after 180 days and fewer than 3 prior terms worked at this facility

Must be at least 18 years oldMust present valid identification

Willing to use basic hand tools

Working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing

Ability to read and comprehend assignments

Physical requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs Climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet Stand for long periods

Work in hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions
