- Cleveland West as a Gutter Crew (2 Man). This exciting role offers the chance to work outdoors, providing top‑notch gutter installation and maintenance services to our valued customers in North East Ohio. The truck will earn 18% of all revenue allowing you to make as much as possible and be in control of your paycheck which is paid weekly.

• Assist in the installation of gutters and downspouts with precision and care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete job assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in gutter installation or similar construction work is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions from crew leaders.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety equipment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
