Job Description
Our Dewberry Pennsylvania offices are seeking a Highway Project Engineer/Manager
. We are open to Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, and Philadelphia Offices. This role requires experience working on PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike Commission projects. You will use your expertise in project management and consulting to design highways and roads, execute work, supervise staff in document production, monitor budgets and schedules, market new projects, prepare proposals, and regularly interface with clients.

Responsibilities- Supervise all staff necessary to complete assignments.
- Monitor budgets and schedules.
- Prepare proposals to provide professional services.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
- Registered Professional Engineer in PA.
- Experience in highway design, including:
- Horizontal and vertical alignments
- Drainage design
- Erosion and sediment pollution control design
- Stormwater management design
- Pavement design
- Traffic engineering
- Experience with Micro Station and InRoads/Open Roads.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
