Your Role:
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars.
  • Verify insurance benefits and information, assist with authorization management, and process patient paperwork.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with billing, payment processing, and other front-office administrative tasks.
  • Support therapists with patient management and day-to-day clinic flow.
  • Provide PT tech support, including assisting therapists with patient setup, equipment, exercises, and other treatment-related needs as directed.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
  • Assist with ordering and stocking clinic supplies and ensuring needed items are readily available.
  • Work as a team to support an efficient, positive experience for both patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in a medical office or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in medical software, scheduling systems, and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance is a plus
