- Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Verify insurance benefits and information, assist with authorization management, and process patient paperwork.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and other front-office administrative tasks.
- Support therapists with patient management and day-to-day clinic flow.
- Provide PT tech support, including assisting therapists with patient setup, equipment, exercises, and other treatment-related needs as directed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Assist with ordering and stocking clinic supplies and ensuring needed items are readily available.
- Work as a team to support an efficient, positive experience for both patients and staff.
- Prior experience in a medical office or receptionist role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in medical software, scheduling systems, and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance is a plus
