Website & Marketing Support Specialist
Part-time | AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
We are seeking a versatile Website & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines website content management, digital marketing support, customer communication, and creative design tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management (Duda Platform)
- Add and update website content, including text and images.
- Adjust image size, position, and text styles for optimal presentation.
- Create new pages as needed.
- Apply landing page strategies to maximise conversions.
- Collaborate on linking AdWords and Meta ads to dedicated offer landing pages for performance tracking.
- Customer Communication
- Handle voice-based message taking using a provided script:
Deliver a professional greeting. - Gather service information from the caller.
- Reassure the customer that we can help.
- Apologize that the Client is unavailable and explain he is the best person to assist.
- Collect detailed contact information, including address.
- Confirm that the Client will return the call within the hour.
- Calls are recorded for review and improvement.
- Clear, neutral accent and professional phone demeanor are essential.
- Potential to expand into incoming call handling if successful.
- Creative Support
- Design You Tube thumbnails for video content.
- Assist with branding and visual consistency across platforms.
- Support the launch and growth of a Skool community with engaging visuals.
- Experience with Duda website builder or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords and Meta Ads integration.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative eye for design and branding.
