- Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

- Work independently to manage daily property operations.
- Provide exceptional service to customers including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
- Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in sales.
- Conduct property walks often during shifts.
- Spend about 50% of time in outdoor environments, walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs.
- Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Run errands for the facility and commute to other store locations as required.
As a Property Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will start by preparing for opening, ensuring everything is clean and in working order, counting the cash drawer, and conducting a property walk‑through. Throughout the day, you will assist customers in finding the right storage solutions, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address any concerns. Between customer interactions, you will perform regular inspections, check maintenance needs, and ensure safety and security measures.
Additionally, you may actively engage in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continued training. Your day will end with closing procedures and securing the property. With a work/life balance that includes five work days per week and off work by 6 pm, you have time for personal pursuits.
