About the RoleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs., and rarely up to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. - One or more years minimum experience in a customer‑ or patient‑facing role is helpful.

Compensation
U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00. The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position and will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and may participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. U.S. employees are also eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and up to 120 hours of paid vacation upon hire.
