Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for online orders, ensuring order accuracy, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed. The role requires shopping across departments and engaging with customers during dispensing.

• Locate and pick the correct items for each online order.
• Prepare and package orders for pickup or delivery.
• Consult with customers regarding substitutions and satisfaction.
• Engage customers during the dispensing process.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and product availability during the shift, including while assisting in‑store customers.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly greeting.
• Ability to locate products quickly and accurately.
• Good communication skills to explain substitutions.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Team‑player mentality to assist associates as needed.

• Compensation: hourly rate equal or above minimum wage, plus performance incentives.
• Premiums: up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or season.
