Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to perform on-site roadway worker protection for activities on and around live railroad tracks. You will coordinate jobs, dispatch communications, and manage on-track safety in controlled and non-controlled areas.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 2 years in MOW/TY&E with On-Track Worker qualification. Extensive travel across multiple states is required, with per diems and mileage reimbursement available.
