Manager Trainee

Tower Loan is a consumer finance company committed to developing future leaders. The Manager Development Program is a full‑time role that provides trainees with hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while offering competitive pay and performance‑based incentives.

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to existing and new customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Support management duties, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in all management aspects such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred:
  Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

  On‑Site.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with occasional Saturday hours as needed.
