We are seeking a professional and customer-focused  Guest Relationship Manager  to enhance guest satisfaction, build strong customer relationships, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
Coordinate with various departments to meet guest requirements efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
Maintain guest records and follow up on customer feedback
Identify opportunities to enhance guest engagement and loyalty
Support events, VIP visits, and special guest arrangements
Ensure smooth communication between guests and internal teams
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and guest management systems is preferred
