Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Director of Sales position based in Amritsar. The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying key business opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, developing tailored solutions for clients, managing a high-performing sales team, monitoring market trends, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to drive brand loyalty and growth.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with experience in Team Management
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans
Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related industry is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
