As a Facility Management Support at Skins, you support the team responsible for keeping our boutiques running safely, smoothly and cost-effectively. Working closely with the Expansion & Construction Manager, you get the chance to see up close how facility and maintenance management works within a niche retail environment. You take on a supporting role within the team and help with a variety of activities, such as coordinating vendors for maintenance, cleaning and security, creating and managing Purchase Orders for our boutiques, and following up on store requests and issues logged via our ticketing system.

You also support the proactive management of repairs and maintenance, with a strong focus on health and safety, and help monitor the Facility Management budget.

The following tasks are, among others, part of your role:

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage vendors for maintenance, cleaning and security services;
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders for boutiques in line with internal processes and timelines;
  • Supporting stores by following up on requests and issues logged via the ticketing system;
  • Assisting with the proactive management of repairs and maintenance, with a focus on health and safety;
  • Supporting the monitoring of the Facility Management budget and helping identify cost-effective, sustainable solutions.

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s or post-HBO program at a Dutch university, in Facility Management, Architectural Engineering,
  • Construction Management or a similar field.
  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; speaking Dutch is a strong preference.
  • You have strong analytical, solution-oriented and organizational skills.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with internal teams and external vendors alike.
  • You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks.
