The Range team is responsible for the ideation and execution of the physical product across markets and platforms, from concept to development to launch. We work cross-functionally with other teams to support decision making, conduct our own research, and gather insights with the Business Intelligence team. We collaborate with Brand & Creative to develop concepts and with Supply Chain for execution, maintaining a close link with the Digital Product team to ensure our range is easily shoppable and visually appealing on site.

bloomon is looking for a talented Photoshoot Flower Stylist to bring our fresh flower designs to life through captivating imagery. This role bridges our physical products and our digital brand, ensuring every stem looks its best.

You will lead the end-to-end styling process, from sourcing and conditioning to on-set execution, for internal weekly ecommerce shoots and high-impact external lifestyle productions. You’ll also lend your creative eye to workshops and events to bring the bloomon magic to life.

⏰ Commitment:
Part-time (4 days per week)

• Flower Styling: Styling high-quality bouquet arrangements for weekly ecommerce shoots, aligned with bloomon’s brand aesthetic.
• End-to-End Prep: Manage sourcing, ordering, cleaning and conditioning of all floral materials to ensure peak freshness; ensure materials are ready ahead of production days.
• Production Support: Drive creative direction on-set for internal weekly shoots and external lifestyle shoots in collaboration with designers and freelance teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the In-house Photographer, Project Manager & Producer to hit launch deadlines.
• Event & Range Support: Assist with floral styling for workshops, internal parties and events as needed.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Flower Stylist or Florist, ideally in a commercial, ecommerce, or brand-led visual environment. Strong portfolios in Product Styling, Set Design, or Visual Merchandising are welcome.
• Floral Expertise: Deep knowledge of floral varieties and care. We also welcome stylists from fashion, food or interior backgrounds who want to master fresh flower arranging.
• Communication: English is required; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-team environment.
