Managed Print Sales Specialist

Managed Print Sales Specialist  Description - HP is seeking a highly motivated Managed Print Sales Specialist to drive growth across our Managed Print Services (MPS) business through the partner ecosystem. Working closely with channel partners, HP account teams, and customers, you will identify opportunities, develop MPS strategies, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, security, sustainability, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities   Drive MPS growth through HP's Channel First strategy.
Develop joint business plans with strategic partners.
Identify, qualify, and close new MPS opportunities.
Support renewals, contract expansions, and installed base retention.
Collaborate with HP Account Managers and partner sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate deals.
Lead customer conversations and position value-based MPS solutions.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Act as the MPS subject matter expert for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications   Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in an ICT-related sales role - e.g. managed services, print services, workplace solutions, or channel sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
Experience working within partner-led sales models.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Key Competencies   Experience in Managed Print Services is a plus
Partner and customer relationship management is a need.
Consultative and value-based selling experience
Business development and opportunity management.
Commercial negotiation and contract management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented with a growth mindset.
