About the roleBynder is looking for a full‑time, in‑person Office Manager to support our Amsterdam site, Bynder’s Global HQ. This is a highly visible role at the heart of the employee experience, ensuring our workplace runs seamlessly while creating an environment where Byndies can do their best work.
As Office Manager, you are both an operator and a culture carrier. You’ll combine operational excellence with a customer‑centric mindset to create a workplace that is efficient, welcoming, and inspiring. As the Amsterdam Office Manager, your impact extends beyond Amsterdam. You will help shape how Workplace operates globally by contributing to shared standards, improving processes, and bringing forward ideas that elevate the employee experience across all offices.
What you’ll do Office Operations & Experience- Own the day‑to‑day operations of the Amsterdam office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Maintain and continuously improve office procedures, workflows, and documentation
- Utilize project management tools (G‑Suite, Slack, Jira) to prioritise and complete high‑volume tasks with minimal supervision.
- Manage office budgets, purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation
- Oversee office supplies, food & beverage programs, and workplace services
- Create a high-quality, hospitality-driven experience for employees, visitors, and candidates
- Plan and execute in‑office, virtual, and off‑site events that strengthen connection and culture
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaged workplace through communication and initiatives (e.g. Slack, events, moments that matter)
- Ensure the office reflects Bynder’s values and is a place people enjoy being
- Partner with our other Office Managers to align on standards, tools, and ways of working
- Share insights, improvements, and best practices across locations
- Support consistency and scalability of Workplace operations globally
- Partner closely with IT on in‑office technology needs and equipment logistics
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Collaborate with IT, People, Talent, Marketing, and other teams on workplace initiatives and swag distribution
- Work closely with the global Workplace team to share best practices and drive consistency
- Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, landlords, etc.)
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well‑maintained office environment
- Support travel coordination, scheduling, shipping/receiving, and general administrative tasks
- Handle ad‑hoc projects and requests as needed.
